With a particular focus on trademark, copyright, false advertising, unfair competition, rights of publicity, and video games, Mr. Lamb has counseled clients on disputes before federal, state, arbitral, and regulatory forums throughout the country. Mr. Lamb has also advised on corporate mergers and acquisitions, and on issues pertaining to the Lanham Act, sports law, cybersecurity, privacy, and data handling procedures.
