Gish PLLC announced today that Josef Schenker has joined the firm as a Partner. Mr. Schenker joins the firm after practicing for thirteen years in the IP Litigation group of Ropes & Gray LLP, where he represented high-profile clients in patent litigation matters across a variety of industries including consumer electronics, telecommunications, internet-based technologies, and medical devices. He litigates cases in district courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
Mr. Schenker said: “I am very excited to join the Gish PLLC team. I look forward to helping bring my ‘big law’ expertise to a new set of clients in a more intimate, boutique setting. It is a great honor to join the firm and I look forward to contributing to the firm’s extensive high-tech patent litigation practice.”
Mr. Schenker received his law degree from NYU School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from both Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Science and Yeshiva University.
