Patent Owner INV Holdings Inc., along with its exclusive licensee, Advanced Arch Grilleworks, Inc., have asserted those patents in an infringement action that is currently pending in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Gish PLLC also represents Dayus in that district court action, which is Case No. 2:21-cv-5107-GRB-ST.
The PTAB proceedings are Case Nos. IPR2022-001472 and IPR2022-01475, respectively.
